Q. Why can't I log in after I register?
You will not be able to log in until your email is verified. After you have registered our system will send you an email with instructions to activate your account. Follow the instructions in there to get your email verified and after that you will be able to log in.

Q. Can I change my personal information after registration?
Your personal information may be updated at any time (navigate to "Update Profile" under the "Control Panel"). Here you can even disable your profile from being searchable in the SI Hookup database. Please do ensure that you read the SingaporeIndians.com Member Terms & Conditions located at the bottom on each page with regards to site use.
"SI Hookup" is a service offered here which lets you make new friends in a safe and secure environment. You can use the browse and search utilities of the "SI Hookup" section without even loggin-on for a view-only function. However, you will need to logon if you would like to make full use of all services offered. Your profile will always be displayed even if you do not logon. As with most Internet sites which offer logon options, cookies must be enabled on your browser.
Q. What if I have trouble logging on?
Misplaced your logon details such as your passwords or usernames, click on the "Forogt ID/Password" link on the frame bar. Just enter your membership e-mail address and the login details will be emailed to you immediately.

- your face is not clear
- it is something other than a non-animated GIF or JPG file
- it includes contact info
- it is not rightside-up
- it is a "collage" of images

Voice Message: (This service is temporarily suspended) It lets you add a Voice Message to make your profile more outstanding and get more hits from other members . When members click on the voice intro link from your profile, your voice recording will start playing automatically.
Modify your profile: you can modify your profile any time you like. Please do not type in phone numbers or email addresses as these may lead to potential harassment.
Remove your photo: - To remove your photo, please check the "delete photo" option inside the "Update profile" page.

To send a Sticky Note, click on the Sticky Notes icon(it looks like a notepad) , the same way you'd do for a Virtual Kiss and simply type a message and send. You can send as many sticky notes as you want for free. The receipient member will be able to read the message when he/she is logged on to SingaporeIndians.com. You can simply ignore or reject the "Sticky Note" message.
